Hi Dear kuldeep,
lovely images.....good blog.
congrates man.
I am basically an engineering consultant based in Pune [ 150 km away from Bombay ] in India.
We are making a Audio-Video documentary film on an Advaita Sage named Sri. Nisargadatta Maharaj in Marathi Launguage.
Its a Non-commercial event happening here since last few months. You must have heard about Sri. Siddharameshwar maharj from Pathari [ solapur ] who was Guru of my Guru Sri. Nisargadatta maharaj.
Thankfully we are receiving a huge support from many known and also unknown sources all over the world.
There are many documents & videos of Sri. Nisargadatta available freely for those who are interested in spirituality or knowing 'who they are'.
His one of the most popular books is "I AM THAT". This is just for your information.
We are making this documentary which will include his life history and his Teachings which transformed lives of many who visited him in 70' from all over
the world. We wish his Teaching may reach to those who are interested in the Subject worldwide.
Recently i have come across many images of Pandharpur taken by you on yr blog, which i liked very much. Is that taken by you personally ?
I congratulate you for your wonderful efforts....
Would you mind if i use [ high resolution versions ]as part of the of our Documentary.
We need images of pandharpur, Rameshwaram and Delhi Pictures to show Sri. Maharaj traveling these places in his youth as part of the story.
This is to request you to allow us your written permission if you have and inclined to give us high resolution images of Pandarpur for this Documentary.
This Englsih version of this documentary film will reach Europe, USA, Australia and many countries among the interested friends in Spiritual circles.
Look forward to your response and valuable guidance. Any kind of your input will be most precious and valuable...as i see u must be a creative person.
As I understand ; this is an effort happening of expressing The inexpressible and your kind permission will be solicited at your earliest.
Thanking you once again...........
Many regards,

good route information
(Pune -> Indapur -> Solapur -> Tuljapur -> Solapur -> Akkalkot -> Solapur -> Pandharpur)
Great Information
Well I took this path
Pune-Barshi-Tuljapur
My plan:
Pune-Tuljapur->Akkalkot->Solapur-Pandharpur.
With this you can save about 100 kms.Take this road if you want to avoid traffic and travelling during day time and there is no roadside help like gas station/food and Auto servrice(Puncture wala)
Pune->Hadapsar road-->URLI-->Patas-->Bhigvan-Indapur.
At Tembhurni phata(Junction) take a roard to BARSHI, Barshi road goes to Latur and Tuljapur.
Take a road to Tuljapur and thats all.
Then take a road to Akkalkot which is about 45 Kms.
From AKKALKOT take a road to SOLAPUR. Solapur to Pandharpur
Then take a road to Mahad for returining to Pune.
Then its Pandharpur-Natepute-Phaltan-Jejuri-Saswad-Pune.
At NATEPUTE ,afet natepute take a left turn for SHIKHAR SHINGNAPUR which is 13 kms only.. great Shiva Temple, must see.
