Auto Thinking [Thinking Process]

I am not going to discuss here a thinking process that we do forcefully. To take a decision many people put a pressure on a brain. But there is something, which not requires pressure. That automatically bubbles-up in mind without any additional force. So what is that? Lets say it auto-thinking.

How this auto-thinking programmed in our mind? This auto-thinking is completely based on previous experience and domain knowledge. Auto-thinking is important part of daily life, we take several decisions based on this auto-thinking concept.

Let me give you an example of auto-thinking process so you will able to understand the concept behind it. Suppose you’re walking in an unknown part of city, searching for a friend’s house. Many people are present around you. But in fraction of second you decide to ask one person standing at a shop and you get proper navigations towards your friend’s home from that person. This process is done in fraction of second. Even you don’t know why you chosen that specific person. May be you decided it on the basis of personality of a person or by some other criteria. But this has done very quickly.

Take examples of CID, Police officers. By experience they can very easily identify the thief. It may be possible sometime their decisions will turn wrong. But this thinking is without any additional force. Development of this thinking is important to take prompt decisions.

Take an example of people in material industry, on the basis of experience, by just looking at a material or smelling it they can tell you its effectiveness in production.

But it is not case all people assumptions will result in right; in some cases it may be erroneous. So to avoid these errors proper experience in that particular domain is essential. Through knowledge in domain, process data in brain speedily. That’s why results come out in fraction of second. So to take decisions at fast rate auto-thinking is very important in day-to-day routine.
